Can I Return/Exchange a product purchased online in a physical store?
A product purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.
How long would it take to receive a refund for a returned product?
After the refund has been initiated by us, the refund amount is expected to reflect in your account within 7 -10 working days.
What is your Refund Policy?
Non Discounted Products:
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source. COD orders will be refunded to the account details submitted while requesting refund.
Discounted Products: The customer will be issued a Gift Voucher for the same amount.

Can I choose a different item in Exchange?
- You can exchange your item within 15 days and receive a replacement of the exact product or another product.
- If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid to us as Cash on Delivery (COD) or via Net Banking.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
What is ELKO Return Policy?
- You can return the products, up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Please mail us at customercare@elkoaccessories.com to initiate a return or an exchange mentioning your order number.
- The returned product should be in its original packaging, including all marketing material such as tags, warranty card (left blank), cloth bags, invoices and any other material received with the package.
